Please be familiar with our cancellation policy for Tuscany and Beyond properties before you book:

All cancellations must be sent by letter, fax or email to the Gira! reservation office, and in case of a cancellation policy covering this eventuality, to your insurance company. For cancellation at least 75 days or more in advance of the beginning of the holiday stay, 15% of the total rental will be withheld. For cancellation from the 74th day to the 43rd day before the holiday stay is begun, 25% of the total rental will be withheld. For cancellation from the 42nd day to the 30th day before the holiday stay is begun, 50% of the total rental will be withheld. For cancellations made from the 29th day to the 1st day before arrival, 90% of the total rental will be withheld. For cancellations made on the day of arrival and for no-shows without prior notice, 100% of the total rental will be withheld.

Cancellation Insurance  

The Gira! reservation office does not offer cancellation insurance.
