Villa Nava is a beautifully furnished modern accommodation located directly on
Lake Como overlooking the Menaggio marina. It consists of two different air
conditioned units
that can be rented together or separately: the
Marina apartment (12 guests) and the
Penthouse apartment (6 guests). From here it is possible to
visit the most popular sites on the lake and to enjoy a spectacular view from
the villa's private terraces.
Each unit has a
fully equipped kitchen and amenities including air conditioning, WiFi
Internet, satellite TV, DVD and CD player, private secure parking, central
heating and lots of space!
Villa Nava is furnished and accessorized to a high standard, enjoying
stunning uninterrupted views of the marina at Menaggio and the Lake Como coast.
It's ideal for a large groups or families who want either a relaxing holiday or an
active one with a lot of sightseeing, walking, or water activities that take
place in and around the harbor.
This villa is great for children of all ages and is
suitable for people with restricted mobility. A car is advised for full
enjoyment of the area.
Great attention has been paid to interior design,
with furnishings of a classic contemporary style. The villa is bright and full of light
and has wooden floors and panoramic windows. It's convenient for
multi-generation groups--just a 10 minute walk from the center of Menaggio with
its restaurants, cafes and bars, yet it is quiet at night. The beach and
children's play area are only few meters away.

Marina apartment
The Marina apartment (430
square meters) is at the ground floor and offers a large living room with floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows. There is a fully equipped kitchen (oven,
fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee machine) and dining area. There are 6 double
bedrooms, each with safe and en suite bathroom, plus an extra guest half bath. Marina has an impressive panoramic terrace with whirlpool-spa bath,
furnished for sunbathing and dining with high quality table, chairs and sun
loungers.
Penthouse apartment
This upper floor apartment (300 square meters) sleeps 6 and offers spacious
living quarters with adjoining small front terrace (13 square meters), a
fully equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, each with en suite bath. All the
bedrooms enjoy a lake view balcony.

For the comfort and convenience of all our guests, the apartments are strictly
non-smoking and pets are not permitted.
Menaggio is half way up the western side of Como Lake, reachable by car from
the town of Como (35 km/22 miles) and Lugano (28 km/18 miles) in Switzerland. It faces Varenna and Bellagio,
which can be reached in 15 minutes by ferry.
There are many activities in and around Menaggio to choose from. Sailing, play tennis, play
golf in one of the oldest golf course of Europe (Golf Club Menaggio & Cadenabbia),
water skiing, kite surfing.
