In the last few years the beach of Cattolica has literally changed its face. It has been completely renewed and features innovative services such as swimming pools on the beach, guaranteed fun for the kids! Villa Alessandrini is situated along the seafront promenade, the most exclusive part of the town, and directly overlooks the beach, in front of the bathing establishments.
It was built in 1895 as a holiday home for an aristocratic family from Bologna. The recent renovation work has maximized the villa’s rare architectural features. It is distributed over four levels with spacious indoor and outdoor areas and has a beautiful view of the sea. The furnishings are of high quality and the villa has all mod cons: air conditioning, except on the lower floor, WI-FI internet, large covered car park, well-equipped kitchen, large indoor and outdoor dining areas.

GROUND FLOOR: spacious living-room; entrance that leads to the terrace with sea view as well as to the veranda at the rear which overlooks the garden and is furnished for eating “al fresco”.
FIRST FLOOR: 1 double bedroom and bathroom with bathtub and shower; wardrobe; study that can be furnished as a double bedroom and shares the bathroom with the double bedroom on the same floor.
SECOND FLOOR: 1 double bedroom with walk-in closet and bathroom with shower and bathtub; 2 double bedrooms that share a bathroom with bathtub.
