Villa Filomena is a lovely villa rental with private swimming pool on the Amalfi Coast, located at just 3 km away from the city centre of Amalfi, facing the seas with a stunning panoramic view. Its gardens and terraces are equipped with tables and marble benches all facing the sea to enjoy al-fresco dinings.
The private swimming pool is positioned at the lower level, the outdoor jacuzzi instead is at the second level in a small corner. On the first terrace a covered area furnished with gym utilities (tapis roulant, cyclette, bench etc.) is available to guests.
Guests will have acces to: large living area, three garden levels, Private pool (4m x 8m depth 1,50 to 2,20) and two externa showers, external jacuzzi, external gym, barbecue, air conditioning, internet wifi (free), satellite Tv on each bedroom, parking for 3 cars and remote controller gate, washing machine and dishwasher
Distances: Amalfi 3 km (all kind of shops), Ravello 8 km, Positano 20 km, Sorrento 32 km, Salerno 30 km, Naples airport 60 km, Rome Airport 320 km. there are two good restaurants about 300 meters from the villa. In Amalfi or Positano is also possible to take a ferry to the nearest islands (Capri, Ischia)

The main entrance lead to a lounge area, a door give the access to the first double bedroom with an extra single sofa bed, a French door give to access to an external balcony with lovely sea view, the bedroom has also al private bathroom with Jacuzzi tube.
From the lounge 20 steps down take into the large living and dining room, with sofas for 12 people and French door to the terrace with enchanting sea view.
Dining room with table seating up to 14 people. It has a door opening to the fully equipped kitchen (8 gas burns, American refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave) the kitchen has access directly to the terrace equipped with round ceramic table seating 14 people and barbecue.
On the left of the sitting room a small corridor takes to 2 double bedrooms, each with en-suite with shower.
On the right of the sitting room is a fourth spacious bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and windows with sea views.
with 2 bedrooms with curved ceiling, one double with bed, the other with twin beds, both with TV, each with en-suite bathroom with shower and doors to the terrace.
Electricity: 300 Kwh are included in the rental price. Excess of the included kwh will be paid locally
Maid service: 18 hours per week ( Monday – Saturday ) are included in the rental price.
