Villa Verdemare is a modern villa with private swimming pool placed in the village of Mongiove, small bathing locality on the northern coast of Sicily - in the vicinity of Patti - 60 km on the western side of Messina.
In the real vicinities of the villa extend long sandy beaches and very close to it there are also interesting localities worth visiting: Tindari, Capo d`Orlando, Milazzo, the Aeolian Islands.
The villa is surrounded by large equipped spaces and by a luxuriant garden with large zones of natural lawn and a wide range of aromatic and ornamental plants. The house - comfortable and well-maintained - has properly subdivided spaces and fresh and luminous insides furnished with taste and functionality.
The spacious and cosy living-room has large window doors facing onto a lovely terrace with pergola while the kitchen looks on to another terrace with arcade: both the terraces are enlighten at night and equipped for open-air dinners (furniture, barbecue, external shower).
At the upper floor there are five bedrooms (all with air conditioning) with comfortable beds and co-ordinated fabrics.
