Casa di Sara is a newly renovated villa with private pool. It is ideally located with scenic views of the famous hills between Monopoli and Castellana Grotte.
La Casa di Sara is standing in a very quiet area from where guests have a great view of the green hills around Monopoli. This self-catering house is immersed into the green of a large natural private park with hundreds of very ancient trees and nice fruit trees.
La casa di Sara is featuring also a pool of 10x5m that guests are allowed to use every time they like.
We suggest this nice villa to families with children because privacy is granted and children can play safely!
At the entrance we have a large and lightly living room with two sofas and a fireplace and then the small, but fully equipped kitchen. The first matrimonial bedroom is en suite and has direct access to the garden and between the other bedrooms, one twin room with two single beds and one double bedroom, is a comfortable bathroom with bathtub and WC.
Arrival between 16:00 and 20:00
Departure between 08:00 and 10:00
Pool open from 15 May to 31 October
