The villa is situated in a residential area of Milan, just 25 minutes on the subway from Piazza del Duomo and the city center; this the true thriving heart of the city of Milan, the meeting place for city dwellers where the Quadrilatero della Fashion-Fashion Quad begins, a district in the historical center of Milan that includes Via Montenapoleone, Via Manzoni, Via della Spiga and Corso Venezia.
Villa Palatino is distributed over three floors; it is enclosed within a 1,300 m2 fenced garden with parking space, areas for relaxing, two furnished verandas and a beautiful private swimming pool with sunbeds and deckchairs.
The interior is furnished using excellent quality design pieces, the accessories and fittings have also been chosen with great care.
The professional-style kitchen is also suitable for holding cookery courses for small groups of people.
The villa has central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier, dishwasher, satellite TV in the living-rooms and some of the bedrooms.
On the lower level there is an independent apartment reserved for the staff. The staff will be available to guests from 8.00 a.m.to 2.00 p.m. and from4.30 to8.00 p.m.
On request it is possible to arrange the preparation of breakfast, a buffet lunch and supper.
Villa Palatino is also a unique destination for visitors who need to stay in Milan for short periods, for business reasons, and who prefer not to stay in a hotel.

LOWER FLOOR: 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower; 1 bedroom with twin beds (which can be turned into a double bed); laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier; 1 bathroom with shower; multifunctional room with satellite TV, sofas and games for children; spacious veranda with heating and air conditioning furnished with dining table and chairs.
The small staff apartment is also located on this floor.
FIRST FLOOR: 1 double bedroom; 1 bathroom with bathtub and shower; 1 bedroom with twin beds (which can be turned into a double bed).
Other services included in the price: Daily tidying of the bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas. The staff is available from 8.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. and from 4.30 to 8.00 p.m.
Paid on site in cash: Preparation of buffet continental breakfast: € 100 a day. Preparation of buffet lunch and supper: € 200 a day. Supper can be served at the table for an additional cost of €100 per meal.
Bed and bath linen: 2 sets of bed and bath linen per week included in the price.
