The villa is located in a panoramic position on the gulf of Moneglia, a distinctive locality between Sestri Levante and the Cinque Terre, which can be reached by train in around half an hour.
In order to drive to Moneglia it is necessary to pass through a long tunnel with an alternating one way system and a traffic light that lasts about 15 minutes.
The beach at Moneglia is suitable for children, it has fine sands and is surrounded by a dam made of rocks, the sea water is crystal clear and filled with fish and colorful vegetation.
The ancient seaside village features houses with colorfully painted facades, lots of venues that light up the coast at night and many restaurants offering the best of the day’s fish catch.
Villa del Golfo is around 1 Km from the village in a dominant position which offers a beautiful view of the whole gulf. It is distributed over two floors and has two large panoramic terraces.
The living-room leads to a spacious covered veranda furnished for eating “al fresco” with pleasant spaces for relaxing next to an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and wood oven.
Surrounding the villa is a holm-oak wood that offers cool and refreshing shade.
Some of the bedrooms have ceiling fans, others have air conditioning.
It is possible to reach the sea by car, parking in the car parks situated at the edges of the village.
