The owners look personally after the clients, and run their farming estate (with fields, woods, olive trees and vineyards).
The property is composed by a main house and a pretty dependance, rented together as a whole to benefit from the private use of the swimming pool. The main house has 4 bedrooms while the dependance has 2 bedrooms.
The private swimming pool is set in an elevated position, providing panoramic views over the valley.

San Casciano dei Bagni, well known for its thermal springs, is around 12 km away.
Access to the villa is via an unpaved road of around 1.5km.
