Casa del Conte is located in a wing of the Castello del Conte which is still a private residence.
It is 9 Km from Padua and borders on the Colli Euganei regional park, inside a huge agricultural estate that produces excellent wines, and adjacent to the Golf Club which has a swimming pool that guests can pay to use (from June to August, excluding Mondays), as well as a restaurant with special rates for guests.
A few steps from the property there is a swimming lake: a chlorine-free, organic-shaped swimming pool, 18 metres long and 1.5 metres deep, surrounded by comfortable sun beds, sun sail, with hydro-massage corner. The use is shared with the other four flats of the property. The water is not heated.
Thanks to the property’s strategic position it is easy to visit the main towns of architectural interest - Venice, Vicenza, Verona, Ferrara, Mantua, Rovigo and the splendid Palladian villas are all within easy reach.
