The property consists of a beautiful 18th century residence nestled
within the Versilia hills dominating the Tuscan coast, and surrounded
by manicured Italian gardens and centuries-old olive groves with a
small apartment (located a few meters away) obtained from the
restoration of an ancient mill—its wooden and iron mill machineries are
perfectly preserved.
A charming Italian garden with roses and citrus trees looking towards
the sea is at the villa entrance. A few steps away on the left of the
living room is a spacious furnished covered loggia ideal for al-fresco
dining.
The restoration has been carried out with full respect of the original
building materials and has created a stylish holiday retreat, which
retains all the charm of the historic residence together with the
tranquility and privacy of a private home.
The breathtaking panoramic view of the sea, Versilia plains and Tuscan
hills can be appreciated from the house, swimming pool, gardens and
terrace.
The amenities of Villa Santandrea include Jacuzzi and air conditioning,
scenic outdoor dining areas, swimming pool, air conditioning, Satellite
TV, central heating, barbecue and stereo.
The large frescoed living rooms feature beautiful beamed ceilings and
fine period furniture.
The bedrooms overlooking the enchanting landscape are nicely furnished.

The marble quarries of Carrara in which Michelangelo carved his
masterpiece are a short drive away as are the “Cinque Terre” and the
Apuan Alps. The famous Versilia beaches and the golf course at Forte
dei Marmi are located just minutes away.
Relaxing walks through country paths from the villa leading to ancient
villages such as Santa Lucia and Monteggiori or to designers shopping
in the fashionable center of Forte dei Marmi are only part of what is
available to complete your holiday.
Pool and grounds
The pool, 10x4 meters, is open from May 1 to September 25. Pool
towels are included.
The ornamental gardens planted with roses and citrus trees offer a
haven of beautiful panoramic views of the Versilia coast line, open all
year around where you can enjoy a quiet moment reading or walking
through the lemon trees, roses and decorative fountains.
The swimming pool, with sun beds and umbrellas, is located in a
panoramic area in the center of the gardens behind the villa, creating
an oasis of peace and tranquility surrounded by enchanting grounds of
unique beauty.
