The villa lies surrounded by two hectares of parkland and traditionally borders. Surrounded by vineyards and fields, it is located in southern Tuscany, behind the promontory of Monte Argentario, between Porto Ercole and the ancient fortification of the medieval Tower of Talamone, in the heart of the Etruscan Coast, 5 km from the wonderful crystal clear sea.
The area has its own culinary tradition and its many typical dishes can be savored in the numerous local restaurants. It is also possible to find many wineries that produce sand sell prestigious red wines, such as the Morellino di Scansano DOC wines, as well as some very elegant whites like the famous Capalbio Vermentino DOC. The winery owners are always very happy and willing to give visitors a chance to taste their wines.
The Argentario Golf Club, which has a practical 18-hole golf course, is 15 Km away, and the famous thermal springs of Saturnia are 50 Km away. At a distance of between 5 and 10 Km there are numerous tourist ports where it is possible to hire boats; for culture lovers, Siena is 100 Km away.
The park contains many wonderful, centuries-old cork trees, olive-trees and pomegranate trees surrounded by Italian-style gardens, as well as the swimming pool (14.50 x 5 m) and a sun terrace.
The villa has top quality furnishings and all mod-cons: air conditioning, mosquito screens and minibar in the bedrooms, Wi-Fi internet connection, laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, hair dryers in the bathrooms, satellite TV.
The kitchen has a professional steel hob with 5 gas rings, electric oven (width. 90 cm), microwave, American coffee-maker and espresso/cappuccino coffee machine, icemaker, Braun food processor, dishwasher, freezer and refrigerator.
On request it is possible to hire domestic help (daily chef, cook, butler, babysitter), to be paid for on site.
