Sunken swimming pool (very panoramic) with access from the ground floor terrace, provided with shower area and access to the garden with orchard.

Paid on site in cash: - Food and drink: a cash deposit of € 3,000 will be requested on arrival, which will be used during the stay for daily shopping.

- Tourist tax: € 2.50 per person per day to be paid in cash, children under 10 years are excluded.

- Parking: the villa does not have private parking, we work with an external provider,
the cost is € 50 per day for a normal car and € 80 per day for a van or larger car. They provide the valet service.
- Extra hours of service for villa staff on request: € 40 per hour for each person employed in the service.
- Extra services to be requested in advance: baby-sitter, the cost of services will be provided at the time of request.
