Baveno is situated in the most panoramic point of Lake Maggiore, amidst the hills that slope down to the shore and the expanse of blue water, opposite the dazzling view of the Borromean Islands. Thanks to its joyful charm and favorable position, this small town is a corner of gentle tranquility. The area is filled with villas, characteristic nooks and gardens filled with delightful fragrances. Stresa, the most famous town on the lake, is just 3 Km away.
Villa Ermelinda is situated on a hill just 1 Km from the town, in an extremely panoramic position with splendid views of the lake, surrounded by a 20,000 sq. meter park, part of which consists of a large pinewood. The park is spread over several levels. The swimming pool has been realized on a terrace which is on the same level as the ground floor of the villa and also offers views of the lake (pool water warmed by solar panels).
The renovation of the villa was completed in the summer of 2014, and it has been furnished in an elegant and sophisticated style. Each bedroom has different colored wallpaper and the bathrooms are covered with valuable marble.
The villa has all mod cons: satellite TV, Apple TV, PlayStation, DVD player, WI-FI internet connection; the professional kitchen is extensively equipped; the spa has a Turkish bath, whirlpool bath for 5 people, herbal tea-making equipment with an assortment of herbal teas, gym and massage bed.
