Vista Cremia sits in a beautiful perched position overlooking Lake
Como. From its poolside terrace, you can take in a stunning view
of the lake's Golden Triangle, which includes Menaggio, Bellagio and
Varenna. This is a modern independent villa in a peaceful
location, and an ideal retreat for families and groups of friends who
want to enjoy Lake Como together.

The property is surrounded by a beautiful, well-maintained, fenced
garden and patio, all offering breathtaking views of Lake Como and the
surrounding Alps and pre-Alps. The 900 square meter private
garden features palm trees, an outdoor barbecue and sun beds. The
villa has an electronic gate and a private garage with parking for four
cars. There are two additional parking spaces within the property's
grounds.
From the villa, it is a short walk of about 500 meters
down to the
lakeside beach, where there is an excellent local pizzeria and fish
restaurant. Grocery shops are located at about 800 meters.
The closest lake ferry is in Menaggio, about ten kilometers away, where
you can reach all the important lake destinations. There is
convenient bus service nearby, which serves all of Como's western shore
towns.
The area is popular with hikers and mountain bikers, who can enjoy the
beautiful paths through the surrounding mountains. There is a
golf course in Menaggio and five others within easy reach. The
area is also known for water sports, including sailing, windsurfing,
canoeing and many others.
The pool is 5 meters by 11 meters (depths ranging from 1.2m to 2.5m)
with a diving board, and is not
fenced.
The villa can be rented in four configurations: up to 6 guests (3
bedrooms), up to 8 guests (4 bedrooms), up to 10 guests (5 bedrooms),
up to 12 guests (6 bedrooms).
Because of the layout on different
levels it is not recommended for guests with walking difficulties.
Garden level
Spacious and bright ground floor living area with large sliding glass
doors towards the lake offering lovely views of the blue water and the
lake shoreline. The living area offers sofas, satellite TV and dining
area. The well equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine (filter),
cooking stove (4 flames/oven), dishwasher, microwave, big fridge and
toaster.
Mezzanine (a few steps up)
One double bedroom, one twin bedroom, (beds can be pushed together)
sharing a modern bathroom with a shower. There is a further double
bedroom with en suite bathroom (bathtub and separate shower.) All
bedrooms have access to their terraces.
Top floor
Upstairs there are three further double bedrooms with twin beds that
can be pushed together sharing a bathroom with a bath tub and separate
shower.
Lower level
This level is equipped with an infrared sauna, Jacuzzi, and a fourth
bathroom with a shower. Relaxation area with 2 lounge chairs. In this
room there are also 2 brand new tatami with futon, which can be used as
extra beds (Note: Extra beds are 150 Euros per week.).
There is a large games room with a pool table and
children's games area. Laundry room with washer. An extra fridge is
available on this floor.
The pizza oven can be only used by a Pizzaiolo - please enquire well
in advance for availability and rates.
Vista Cremia is equipped with hairdryers, iron and ironing board,
stereo system, central heating, decorative fireplace, sun loungers,
washing machine and dishwasher.
