Col di Forche is located at 5,5 km from the village of Monterchi. Monterchi has supermarkets, restaurants, butchers, barbers, florist, bars. In the summer there are free outdoor concerts at the Madonna del Parto Museum.
Nearby are the famous Tuscan towns of Anghiari (16 km), Sansepolcro (20 km), and Arezzo (25 km).

First floor there is a loggia, lounge, library, and 2 large double bedrooms, of which one has an air conditioner; each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom (one with shower and one with tub).
The villa is furnished to a very high standard with minimalist furnishings to reflect the simplicity of the location. There is a large garden, with private swimming pool (6mx12m) and a fully equipped laundry room.
The fireplaces in the house cannot be used.
