This splendid villa is situated on the hills immediately outside the city of Scicli, a pearl of Ragusan baroque. The villa, which dates back to the early 20th century, has recently been completely renovated and tastefully furnished in the typical local style. The perfect place for an unforgettable holiday, the spacious and welcoming interiors are very comfortable as are the outdoor areas - which include an ample, furnished, partly shaded panoramic terrace, a large garden which has a big solarium and a beautiful 5 x 13 meter swimming pool with furnished, shaded area. The garden offers beautiful views of the surrounding area as far as the sea.
Scicli, which has all kinds of food stores is just 4 Km away. The sea and the splendid local beaches are just 10/15 minutes away by car. Make sure to visit the other baroque cities of Modica, Ragusa Ibla and Noto. The best beaches in the area are between 6 and 10 Km away and can be reached by car in around 10 minutes. The most famous beaches are Playa Grande, the beach of the town of Donnalucata and the wonderful golden sands which start from the seaside village of Sampieri after which they are named.

Spacious furnished panoramic terrace. All the ground floor rooms have direct access to the terrace.
