The house`s location in the Marches about 6 km from the city of Ancona is within easy reach of the area`s renowned towns of interest, such as Loreto (famous for its basilica), Urbino and Recanati, as well as the coast`s beautiful beaches, such as Sirolo, Numana, and Portonovo (Conero Regional Park).
Access to the house is via a short section of unpaved road in good condition and suitable for all vehicles.
Distances: shops of all kinds are just 2 km from the house, Ancona with shops of all kinds about 6 km away, Falconara (airport) 15 km, Conero Regional Park 14 km away, Sirolo and Numana (beaches) about 18 km, Loreto (famous abbey) 25 km away, Senigallia 30 km, Recanati (birthplace of the poet Leopardi) 30 km away, the riviera of Romagna with its famous nightlife is about 100 km away. In Casette d’Ete (about 50 km from the house) there is the famous Tods outlet.
At guests` disposal: large garden with centuries-old trees, furnished with table and chairs for eating outside, sunchairs and umbrella, barbecue.
