A picturesque landscape, with its charming little hill settlements of medieval origin. Among the castles built in the Middle Ages, the eleventh century Castello di Poggio is of particular interest, once the seat of the Viscount of the Topino Valley and house to the City Hall until 1867.
Thanks to its position, it is easy to organize trips and excursions from the house to cities and towns of great historical and artistic interest such as Perugia, Gubbio and Assisi.
The house is surrounded by a large garden of 1,000 square metres, with a beautiful swimming pool of 5x10 metres and a pleasant shading structure, an outdoor whirlpool and a barbecue.
