Beautiful villa with private pool located near Pistoia, surrounded by 20 hectares of vineyards, olive groves and woods. This house is a 16th century farmhouse, rented as one unit situated approx. 30 meters from the pool. A room accessible only from the outside is occasionally used by the property owner.
On the premises there are also 5 apartments, Cantagrillo 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, created during renovation of another farmhouse dating to the 19th century. These apartments are about 50 meters down the hill from the main house and enjoy use of a second swimming-pool and personal outdoor areas.
The property`s tranquil and panoramic position offers the chance to spend a relaxing vacation in contact with nature. The beautiful city of Pistoia is just 7 km away, and the most important sites of Tuscany are easily reachable by car. For young guests, in the vicinity there are the Pistoia zoo and the park in Collodi dedicated to the characters in Pinocchio. Cantagrillo`s owners personally manage the farm and produce excellent olive oil and wine (tastings can be organized on site).
Guests can also take walks on the farm`s property in the surrounding countryside.

Internet connection available. Inside the property there is a pond (completely enclosed).
