The villa is located nearby the village of Rovolon, within the park of the Euganean Hills, an oasis characterized by a rich vegetation, with its rows of vineyards and its historical villas built by the Venetians during their hegemony throughout the region.
The villa is just 20 Km from Padua, defined as ` the capital of the fourteenth century painting”, for its pictorial evidence, and among all, the cycle of Giotto in the Scrovegni Chapel; and about 40 Km from Vicenza , known as the `city of Palladio ` – who designed there many architectures in the late Renaissance, turning it into an art place among the most important well beyond the region of Veneto.
La Quadrata is set in a four acres park, with a swimming pool of 8x16 m, equipped with dressing room , music centre and a shaded area with refrigerator, tables and chairs.
The garden offers two picnic areas with tables and chairs, one on the north, the other on the south side of the park, where stand rose gardens, organic orchards and a collection of modern art.
The villa is equipped with central heating, room air conditioning, large screen, Sky TV in the living room, stereo system, Wi-Fi connection, DVD player, cot and high chair for children up to three years, high quality furnishings and fully fitted kitchen.
The groundskeeper lives within the property. While the pool is situated close to a road, and you can hear the noise of cars, the rest of the property is well away from the road.
Abano Terme, with its many spas, is only 13 Km, the Montecchia and Frassinelle Golf Clubs are very close and easy to reach, and Venice is at a distance of 62 Km.
Accommodation (500 sq meters):
GROUND FLOOR: entrance room; living room with roll-up flat screen TV and fireplace; sitting room with piano; dining room with fireplace; guest bathroom; kitchen with dishwasher, oven, coffee machine (both espresso, and american coffee), food processor, ice machine, two refrigerators , freezer.
FIRST FLOOR: 1 suite with double bedroom and TV, 1 single bedroom ideal for children, 1 bathroom with shower, wardrobe and gym, 1 double bedroom, 2 single bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower.
SECOND FLOOR: 1 double bedroom with TV and stereo system, 1 bathroom with Jacuzzi whilpool bath and a large, separate shower room.
Other services included in the price: Cleaning during the week 4 hours, 6 times per week for a total of 24 hours per week. Breakfast, linen for the pool, light lunch buffet with cold dishes and pasta on request. Ingredients will be charged separately. Food provisions.
Paid on site in cash: Dinner on day of arrival at € 35 per person (minimum 6 persons) - Dinners during your stay for a maximum of 10 people prepared by a chef at a cost from €120 to € 200 plus the cost of ingredients and drinks. Pets are allowed at a cost of € 10 per day.
Bed and bath linen: 2 sets of bed and bath linen per week included in the price.
Cots for babies under 2 yrs: Cot with bars available: free of charge.
