The villa is situated on a hill inside a large 10 hectare estate which offers unparalleled views of the southern coast of Sicily, from the lighthouse at Punta Secca to Capo Bianco, Agrigento, as well as spectacular sunsets over the sea.
The villa is around 1 Km from the peaceful village of Santa Croce Camerina, in the province of Ragusa, an ideal place for visiting the many neighboring towns which are protected by UNESCO due to the beauty of their Baroque architecture: Ragusa/Ibla, Modica and Scicli. Noto, Siracusa and Etna are around one hour away by car.
The sea is close by and the beaches of Casuzze and Marina di Ragusa (3.5 Km), Kaucana and Punta Secca (4,5 Km.) are just a few minutes away.
Villa Coriandolo was built just a few years ago and has a modern, attractive architecture. It is surrounded by a large fenced garden with aromatic herbs and typical Sicilian locust trees. The garden has a small play area for children and an exclusive swimming pool (6 x 12 m), a barbecue area and large, relaxing lounge areas.
Inside the estate there is a tennis court which is shared with the other properties. Guests can also enjoy strolling along the various paths through the characteristic local trees and shaded areas.
There are many traditional restaurants in the area where it is possible to savor the excellent cuisine of Ragusa, where fresh fish reigns supreme.
Accommodation (500 sq meters):
GROUND FLOOR: large reception room (over 150 sq. meters) with kitchen, dining area and two TV lounges,one of which has a fireplace and snooker table; downstairs bathroom which doubles up as a laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron; a door leads to the outdoor kitchen with hob, large countertop and sink. The outdoor kitchen is directly connected to the dining area on the veranda.
A small box-room leads to the night area with two double bedrooms and a room with two single beds. All the bedrooms have a private en suite bathroom with shower, one has a bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath.
FIRST FLOOR: 2 double bedrooms, one of which has a large balcony with a view; 1 twin bedroom. All the bedrooms have a bathroom with shower.
Other services included in the price: One midweek clean. Swimming pool towels.
Paid with the rental fee: Energy consumption and cleaning
Bed and bath linen: 2 sets of bed and bath linen per week included in the price.
Cots for babies under 2 yrs: Cot with bars available: free of charge.
