This beautiful villa is located in a dominant and panoramic position above Lake Como. The villa is distributed over 4 floors but each floor, in addition to the main entrance, can be accessed directly from the garden because it is built on land that slopes down to the lake. This comfortable villa has a modern structure and furnishings. The fittings are all of a very high standard. Outdoors, the villa is surrounded by pleasant green areas which lead down to the swimming pool (7x15 m), changing rooms and a small bathroom. The various terraces and courtyards have tables, chairs and equipment for eating “al fresco”. The villa is situated on the eastern coast of Lake Como, in the municipality of Mandello del Lario. The town of Mandello has a beautiful lakeside promenade from which it is possible to reach the public gardens and delightful little tourist port. Visitors can organize many excursions and trips from Mandello. For example, from the town of Varenna, which is just 11 Km away, it is possible to take a ferry across the lake (even with a car), and visit the small towns on the east coast. Como is just 10 Km away and can be easily reached by car. There are 3 garages which can accommodate 3 cars.

Kitchen/dining room (table for 8 people) with dishwasher, microwave, oven, freezer. The kitchen leads onto a courtyard with table and chairs; 1 toilet with washbasin.
FIRST FLOOR: 1 double bedroom; 1 twin bedroom (120 cm beds); 1 twin bedroom and bathroom with bathtub and shower; 1 bathroom with bathtub and shower; 1 bathroom with bathtub.
LOWER LEVEL: recreation room with satellite TV and fireplace + lounge area, large terrace, 1 toilet. Other rooms which are not available to guests.
SWIMMING POOL LEVEL: 1 double bedroom and bathroom with bathtub; 1 double bedroom; 1 twin bedroom; 1 bathroom with shower. Outside, by the swimming pool, is a changing room with shower and toilet.
Bed and bath linen: One set of bed and bath linen per week included in the price.
Cots for babies under 2 yrs: Cot with bars available: free of charge.
