This ancient country residence dating back to 1100 is situated in a splendid, panoramic position that offers views of the Arno valley right up to the mountains of Prato Magno and the Chianti district. The villa, which is surrounded by the peaceful greenery of the Tuscan hills, has recently been carefully and tastefully renovated. It is perfectly furnished with a clever blend of classic and modern styles. Each bedroom is furnished in its own particular style and has a private bathroom. All the fittings and mod cons are of a very high standard as are the outdoor areas which feature well-tended gardens, furnished areas for relaxing “al fresco” and a beautiful 8 x 14 meter swimming pool with saltwater purification system.
There are food stores in the neighboring village which is around 1.5 Km away. Florence is around 15 minutes away by car. There are many places of artistic interest within easy reach of the property thanks to its strategic position between the Chianti district, the Valdarno and Florence.
