It is a very panoramic road lined with villas that boast a spectacular view of the Gulf of Naples and Vesuvius. Plumbago is located on the higher level where the swimming pool is positioned and offers a breathtaking view of the sea, Sorrento and the Gulf of Naples. The house has various terracings where you can enjoy a postcard-like landscape with Vesuvius rising above the gulf and reflecting in the sea, which in this area is a deep blue.
Plumbago is therefore a portion of a recently renovated villa. It is well furnished and equipped with all the comforts as well as as splendid swimming pool of 70 m2 with a sun terrace of approx. 130 m2 with changing room/bathroom.
