This large farmhouse is situated in a beautiful position on the gentle hills of Le Marche just 9 Km from the sea. In fact, the beautiful beaches of Porto Sant`Elpidio and Civitanova Marche are only around 15/20 minutes away by car. The house is well equipped and beautifully furnished, mainly using period pieces. One wing of the house, more precisely the swimming pool side, cannot be used by guests. The outdoor areas are very pleasant and attractive and include a large courtyard in front of the house on one side and a cool, well-ventilated loggia with a large table for enjoying “al fresco” meals. Right in front of the loggia is a gazebo and an oven/barbecue and, a little further on, a beautiful 6 x 12 meter swimming pool.
The cities of Macerata (25 Km) and Ancona (55 Km) are well worth visiting as are the many characteristic old villages dotted around the area. One unmissable place to visit is Mt. Conero with its breathtaking views and splendid bays that can be easily reached by foot or via the shuttle service from Numana or Sirolo. It should also be noted that the house is very near an outlet shopping area which includes some of the top Italian brands such as Prada, Hogan, Tods and many others. Wi-Fi internet.

GROUND FLOOR: entrance; living room with fireplace and TV; dining room and adjoining kitchen with oven, freezer and dishwasher.
FIRST FLOOR: 2 double bedrooms; 2 twin bedrooms; 2 bathrooms with bathtub; 1 small bedroom with bunk beds and bathroom with shower. This bedroom is suitable for children and is accessed through a small laundry/ironing room where the washing machine is located.
Outside there is a beautiful loggia with a large table for eating “al fresco”.
Paid on site in cash: Housekeeper service available on request: € 10 per hour.
Bed and bath linen: One set of bed and bath linen per week included in the price.
