This villa, which was built at the end of the 1800s, is surrounded by a large park and is located on the road that runs along the side of the lake from Arona to Stresa, near the beautiful village of Meina.
The private park (approx. 30,000 sq. meters) has large areas of lawn, panoramic views of the lake and tall trees such as sequoias, cedars and palms. The park contains: a barbecue area, a tennis court and a five-a-side football pitch. Across the lakeside road is a swimming pool that is shared with the other apartments, a beach and a wet dock which can be used for mooring private boats (to be arranged with the owners in advance).
The furnishings on the ground and first floors are of excellent quality whilst those on the second floor are more modest.
The villa manages to preserve the atmosphere of the families who used to live there and still contains many period objects and ornaments which the current owners decided to leave in order to enhance the ambiance. Satellite TV, DVD player, washing machine, dishwasher, internet connection WIFI provided.
The villa is around 14 Km from the town of Stresa which is famous for its cultural and musical activities, the beautiful Borromean Islands and prestigious golf courses.
The area of Lake Maggiore is a regular paradise for sport lovers. In fact, it offers numerous water sports: canoeing, yachting, sailing, water skiing and scuba diving.

The whole villa is still available to guests, linen provided for three bedrooms.
Other services included in the price: Cleaning during the week 2 hours, 1 time per week for a total of 2 hours per week.
