This beautiful property dates back to 1800 and is situated in a stunning panoramic position on the hills surrounding the village of Scicli. The house has recently been returned to its former splendor thanks to careful renovation work and is tastefully furnished with all mod cons. This residence has a rather special structure: the central part contains a large kitchen/dining area; outside, adjacent to the kitchen, is a living/dining room located inside an old courtyard that has been transformed into a beautiful, spacious glassed, air conditioned veranda, the roof of which can be opened electronically. Thanks to this very particular feature it is possible to make full use of the living area even on warm summer evenings when guests can relax under the starry sky. Below the kitchen, in an historic room with a vaulted ceiling, is a spa area with a large whirlpool bath (2 x 3 meters), a sauna for 3 people and a bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms can be accessed from the central courtyard but are not connected on the inside. The fourth bedroom is located in a special structure by the side of the swimming pool, built entirely in wood.
Scicli, known as the Baroque pearl of the Val di Noto, is on the UNESCO Cultural Heritage of Humanity list. There are many places of artistic and naturalistic interest to visit in the area: Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Noto, Siracusa and the natural oasis of Vendicari, with its beautiful beaches and crystal-clear waters.
The house has air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet connection.
Scicli, which has food shops and many other types of stores, is just a few minutes away. The village also has many typical restaurants where it is possible to sample the specialties of the local cuisine.
The sea can be easily reached by car in around 10 minutes (approx. 8 Km). The best and most famous beaches in the area are the beach in the village of Donnalucata, Plaia Grande and Sampieri.

1 double bedroom and bathroom with shower; 1 double bedroom and disabled bathroom with shower; 1 twin bedroom and bathroom with shower: the two single beds can be joined together to make a double bed. 1 twin bedroom and bathroom with shower and washing machine located in a structure by the side of the swimming pool, built entirely in wood.
All the bedrooms can be accessed directly from the courtyard but are not connected on the inside.
