This beautiful, recently renovated and impeccably furnished apartment has been realized in a wing of an historic 15th century manor house. There is a private entrance and a delightful private outdoor area with amenities in the garden at the back of the villa next to the vegetable garden and the stream. This area also has a wood-burning stove and a barbecue.
The property is about halfway between Florence and the Mugello in a small, peaceful valley, surrounded by woods and small plots of cultivated land. Both Florence and the Mugello can be easily reached by car in around 20 minutes.
Guests can use the beautiful 6 x 12 m swimming pool that is reached by following the small road separating the villa from the other two apartments which are also part of the same property and share the same pool. Large groups can jointly book these apartments, known as Salaiole.
Animals are not allowed inside the house but can be kept in a special enclosure in the garden behind the villa. Parking spaces are provided in the inner courtyard. Internet connection – no Wi-Fi. A room located underneath the swimming pool contains a washing machine and tumble dryer which are shared with the other apartments. Price includes two hours of cleaning and tidying of the bedrooms and bathrooms twice weekly.
