The villa is surrounded by a large, completely fenced-in park with centuries-old plants, lawns and olive groves. The interior of the villa has frescoed walls and is comfortably furnished, with some antique pieces. It has very spacious rooms throughout the villa`s 3 floors. The tranquil and panoramic position offers guests a relaxing holiday, taking in the historic building`s atmosphere rich in charm and history. Just a few meters from the villa is a guest house where guests can take advantage of a kitchen with fireplace, a large dining area with a living room, and a bathroom with shower. Two beautiful halls extend adjacent to the villa, and can be rented for events in conjunction with the villa rental.
Access to the property is via a beautiful, private avenue lined with hedges and lemon trees (unpaved).

At guests` disposal: large, very well-tended park with centuries-old plants, pool reserved for guests` exclusive use (16 x 6 m- minimum depth 1,2 m - maximum depth 3 m - open from 01/05- 30/09), Tartan tennis court (reserved for guests` exclusive use), billiard room, stone barbecue. Within the property there are also a pond, a beautiful, monumental fountain and large lawns.
