The house has been recently renovated and divided into 5 comfortable apartments, one of which is lived in by a long-term tenant. The remaining 4 apartments are available for rent and offer the opportunity for a relaxing vacation in contact with nature. The surrounding landscape is characteristic of the Mugello and the Apennines of Tuscany and Romagna, with thriving nature, woods and beautiful chestnut groves. A network of trails winds through the area, allowing visitors to discover its special spots and flavors on foot, by bike, or on horseback. In the town of Marradi (just 4,5 km away), there is a train station with convenient connections to Florence, Faenza, Bologna and Ravenna. The Adriatic sea is about 80 km away, with excellent restaurants along the coast where you can taste traditional local fish specialties.

Access to the property is via a short stretch of unpaved road in good condition and suitable for any vehicle.
