Splendid, recently renovated farmhouse, carefully and tastefully furnished with typical Tuscan pieces, situated in a panoramic position with a 360° view of the beautiful Chianti Classico landscape. The house is located 7 km from Montespertoli which has all kinds of shops, and 3 km from the small town of Baccaiano, which has grocery stores.
The spacious furnished outdoor areas surrounding the house include a barn with loggia, a large courtyard and a terrace with facilities that offers a panoramic view of the Chianti countryside. Baccaiano is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday.
A few meters from the barn is a counter-current/whirlpool swimming pool (6 x 12 m) for the exclusive use of the guests. Near the pool is a changing room with fully equipped bathroom and sauna.
Montespertoli is known as the city of wine for its production of prestigious red wines and the beautiful surrounding hills that are lined with vineyards and olive groves. Every year, during the month of May, a characteristic Chianti Wine show is held in the center of the town. The entire area is filled with excellent restaurants where you can enjoy the typical local cuisine. The property is completely enclosed.
It is in central position for visiting both the Chianti area, as well as the most important art cities in Tuscany. Florence and San Gimignano are, in fact, only 30 km away; Siena and Volterra, 55 km.
