These three delightful apartments are on the ground floor of an elegant modern villa located in a splendid, peaceful position on the hills just outside Florence. The owners live on the first floor of the villa and are very welcoming and helpful. The position of the villa makes it possible to enjoy a relaxing vacation immersed in the peace and tranquility of the beautiful Tuscan countryside, whilst at the same time getting to know the city of Florence which can be easily reached in just 15 minutes by car or public transport. Around 1 Km away is a shopping mall for food and every other type of shopping.
The apartment is accessed by going down an external staircase leading from the first floor to the ground floor. Each apartment has its own area furnished with table and chairs whilst the beautiful panoramic garden, with gazebo, barbecue, table and chairs for relaxing and eating “al fresco”, is shared by the guests in all three apartments.
On the first floor, outside the villa, a “loggia” offering panoramic views of Florence is available to guests. It has tables and armchairs, a table tennis table, table football as well as a small fitness area.
Airport transport service provided on request. On request the owners are willing to shop for basic commodities (bread, water, wine, oil, jam, honey, beverages).
