This characteristic building was originally the ancient medieval chapel of the village where it is located, nestling on a hill in the Chianti district from which it is possible to admire spectacular views of the surrounding countryside and neighboring villages.
The village, which also has other holiday apartments that share their own common swimming pool, was built around a XII century fortified castle that was strategically important for controlling communications between Florence and Siena.
The holiday complex has a small reception area for guests where they can obtain information about the local area, as well as a shared laundry with washing machine. It is possible to request the use of a hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
It is situated in a particularly panoramic and peaceful position on the hills above Greve in Chianti. It is reached by passing through Panzano and following an unpaved road for around 2.5 Km. This road is not suitable for sports cars or very low cars.
In the neighboring restaurants it is possible to sample typical Tuscan cuisine and taste the locally produced Chianti Classico wine.
Florence is around 40 Km away, Siena 45 Km.
