The estate, which is 6 Km from Capalbio, is immersed in the greenery of the Maremma countryside, on a hill situated 300 meters above sea level which offers stunning 360° views spanning from the sea to the Argentario promontory, to the mountains of the Parco Naturale della Maremma, to the ancient inland villages and Mt. Amiata.
Inside the tranquil woods that cover an area of over 600 hectares, guests can discover this varied natural habitat, exploring the numerous pathways by foot, carriage or bicycle or on horseback. Beneath the shady oaks and typical trees of the Mediterranean shrub-land, with their unmistakable fragrances, they will also be able to see many examples of the indigenous fauna.
Elegantly furnished, with great attention paid to every detail, terracotta flooring and ceilings with exposed beams, the bedrooms are spacious and bright; the bathrooms are large with sophisticated furnishings, the kitchen is equipped for every requirement.
Guests can relax in the spacious garden surrounded by fragrant Mediterranean trees. The garden has a large travertine sunken swimming pool (8 x 15 m) and offers views of the surrounding countryside and the sea on the horizon.
The domestic staff is on hand for 8 hours a day and will prepare breakfast, lunch and supper.
The sea is within easy reach of the property. The beaches of Chiarone, near the Lake Burano Nature Park, are around 15 Km away, whilst the most famous seaside resorts of Argentario and Talamone are around 40 Km away.

The complex consists of two main communicating structures and two annexes on the opposite side of the garden.

HOUSE 2 - GROUND FLOOR: spacious living room with dining area and fireplace; large functional well-equipped kitchen with fireplace; 1 twin bedroom and en suite bathroom with bathtub; 5 double bedrooms and en suite bathrooms with bathtub, one of which has a fireplace.
ANNEX 1 - GROUND FLOOR: large living room with fireplace; 2 double bedrooms and en suite bathroom with bathtub.
ANNEX 2 - GROUND FLOOR: large living room with fireplace; 2 double bedrooms and en suite bathroom with bathtub.
All the bedrooms have roomy beds with comfortable Privilege mattresses.
Other services included in the price: Cleaning during the week 8 hours, 6 times per week for a total of 48 hours per week. Domestic staff available 8 hours per day, preparation of Buffet Breakfast (hours: 8.30 – 10.30 a.m.), Buffet Family Lunch (hours: 12.30 – 2.00 p.m.) and Buffet Family Supper (hours: 7.30 – 9.00 p.m.). Table waiting service available at an additional cost of € 60 per meal.
Paid with the rental fee: Deposit for the purchase of food. This amount varies according to the option selected and the number of people. In the event that the deposit paid is exceeded during the stay, any additional amounts should be paid on site
