Outside, guests can enjoy use of a terraced garden with private panoramic pool and of a nice furnished terrace ideal for al-fresco dining offering beautiful views over the surrounding landscape.
The interiors are welcoming, furnished in a rustic style.
The access to the property is via a private unpaved road of approx. 600 meters which is not suitable for sports or low cars.
Distances: Cortona with general stores 3 km away, Camucia with railway station 6 km, Arezzo 30 km away, Perugia 45 km, Florence (airport) 105 km, Lake Trasimeno with beaches approx. 20 km away, the renowned towns of Assisi, Montepulciano and Chianciano Terme are within 40 km.
At guests’ disposal: garden with private swimming-pool (12 x 6 m – min depth 1 m – max. depth 2,5 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), barbecue, toilet and open-air shower by the pool. The villa provides WI-FI internet connection (€ 10,- / per week to be paid on the spot).
