This splendid villa, just a stone’s throw away from the sea, near the small village of Donnalucata, has recently been renovated by the current owners. It has been furnished with modern as well as period pieces. It features marvellous outdoor areas which include the garden and splendid, irregular-shaped swimming pool (approx. 25 x 15 meters) with adjacent whirlpool tub. The garden ends right opposite the sea which, in this area, is characterized by beaches with breakwaters. It is possible to access the beach directly through a gate at the end of the garden. In front of the swimming pool is a bar area with refrigerator as well as a changing room and 2 bathrooms with shower. Opposite the house there is a loggia for eating “al fresco”, with a table, barbecue, traditional stone oven and pizza oven. At the back, beyond the parking area, is a tennis court with a concrete surface.
Donnalucata is around 1 Km from the villa and has food shops as well as many other types of stores. Scicli, the Baroque pearl of the Val di Noto, featured on the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites, is just 6 Km away. Also worth visiting are the Baroque towns of Modica, Ragusa Ibla and Noto. Siracusa and the crystal-clear waters of the natural oasis of Vendicari are less than 1 hour away by car. There are many other beautiful beaches such as Plaia Grande and Sampieri, just a few minutes’ drive from the villa. Wi-Fi internet connection.
The villa is accessed by following an unpaved road for around 500 meters that runs between the greenhouses typical of this area. The property is at the end of the road, right opposite the sea.
