Going north along the seafront, just over 10 kilometers from Catania, we come to Aci Castello. Whilst still maintaining its ancient origins, this little town has gradually become a prestigious seaside resort visited by many tourists. The town’s most characteristic feature is the XI century Norman Castle built on a ridge of lava overhanging the sea.
La Fragoletta is situated just over 1 Km from the village, along the coast in the direction of Catania, inside a small residential complex with sea views. The property is surrounded by a fenced garden with a private swimming pool at the back that can be heated and a solarium with loungers and deck chairs. The furnishings are modern and very comfortable. There is a very well-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, American coffee-maker and many other accessories. The bedrooms - one of which has a comfortable double sofa bed - are positioned on the first floor. There is air conditioning in every room, Wi-Fi internet and a washing machine. The cleaner is also willing to prepare meals at an extra cost. Across the road, guests can access a wooden platform above the cliffs, overlooking the sea. Catania is around 10 Km away, Taormina 50. There are many excellent restaurants along the coast. We particularly recommend the seafront restaurants at Aci Castello.

FIRST FLOOR: 1 double bedroom with bathroom and whirlpool tub; 1 double bedroom; 1 bedroom with double sofa bed; 1 bathroom with shower; small lounge with satellite TV and stereo system. Each bedroom has a private terrace. Access to platform overlooking the sea shared with the other residents of the small residential complex.
