Beautiful, recently constructed Mediterranean-style villa, featuring lovely terraces with sea views. It is located 3 km away from the waterfront, beaches and harbor of Santa Maria di Leuca, a vacation spot in Apulia at the farthest point of Italy`s heel. The town is famous for its "eclectic" 19th century villas in various styles, which were constructed for the most part by the architects Ruggeri and Rossi. At the end of the 1800s there were 43 villas.
On the property, about 50 m from the villa, there are two adjacent trulli (traditional Apulian buildings) the can be rented upon request (prices to be agreed upon at the time of booking).
The house is located in a tranquil spot. It has comfortable furnishings in simple, typical trulli style.
There is a large, partly-shaded outdoor space.
Distances: Santa Maria di Leuca with shops of all kinds, harbor and beaches 3 km away, Gallipoli and Otranto 55 km, Lecce (airport) 75 km away, Ostuni 155 km away.
At guests disposal: large garden with natural terraces rich in Mediterranean vegetation, 2 large covered terraces with sea views. Guests can also take advantage of a spacious, covered roof terrace with sea views.
Laundry room with access from the outside (washing machine). Air conditioning/heater in the bedrooms and kitchen. Towel change every 3 days.
