This beautiful villa is situated near Taormina and Giardini Naxos which are respectively 3 and 8 Km away. It is just a short drive from the wonderful beaches of Giardini Naxos and around 10/15 minutes from the town of Taormina.
The villa offers stunning views of Mt. Etna and it is possible to see the sea from some of the first floor windows.
The pleasant indoor areas are fully furnished to a good standard, mostly using period pieces.
There is a fully equipped kitchen. The large living room opens onto a furnished terrace overlooking a big swimming pool (6 x 12 meters).
At the end of the pool is a convenient, fully fitted structure with external kitchen and large table where it is possible to organize outdoor meals.
On one side of the swimming pool is a small, secluded annex with a single bedroom containing a French-style bed (approx. 120 cm) and small bathroom (washbasin and WC). On the opposite side of the pool is a bathroom with shower, and 3 shaded parking spaces. Other 3 reserved parking spaces outside the property.
Catania, the airport and Messina are around 55 Km away. Siracusa is also within easy reach, around one hour away by car.
