Residential complex consisting of 8 apartments in 2 multi-family villas. The recently built houses are well designed and pleasantly furnished. The splendid, crystal-clear sea is just 70 meters away from the property. This is one of the most beautiful and famous stretches of shoreline in Sicily: the Zingaro Nature Reserve, renowned for its clear waters and delightful coves. In this area the shoreline is mainly made up of rocks and small coves with pebbles and shingle. It is possible to visit the whole reserve by foot, as far as the peninsula of San Vito lo Capo. The old seaside village of Scopello is just 1 Km away and has a number of typical local venues, bars, restaurants, pizzerias and food shops, as well as a post office and bank.
All the apartments are more or less the same, the only difference being their proximity to the sea (from 50 to 100 m). They have all the necessary amenities for a pleasant and relaxing vacation and are suitable for families with children as well as small groups of friends. The apartments have their own private area for the exclusive use of guests. In addition to a car park, the residential complex includes a communal laundry room with 2 washing machines. Each apartment has its own individual entrance, a garden with veranda and patio furnished with chairs, table, barbecue and outdoor shower. Wi-Fi cards available for sale. The nearest sandy beach is La Plaja (approx. 6 Km). Castellammare del Golfo (12 Km) has a variety of different shops. The Segesta archaeological site is 27 Km away. The cities and airports of Palermo and Trapani are within a radius of 65 Km. An additional cost of € 70 per week is charged for the use of the sofa-bed.
