The Residence Ogliastra is an ideal base from which to visit one of the most delightful and charming areas of Sardinia. It is located on the eastern coast of the island, just a few minutes away from the stunning beaches of Ogliastra and the Arbatax harbor. The nearest beach is the delightful bay of Porto Frailis (just 700 meters from the property).
The structure of the Residence was inspired by local tradition and the simple, essential yet comfortable style is designed to offer guests the maximum comfort and a relaxing atmosphere.
The 27 apartments are arranged in a semi-circle around the swimming pool and the central hub where the bar and reception are located. Two different accommodation solutions are available: two-roomed and three-roomed apartments. The main swimming pool (6 x 10 m) includes a whirlpool. At the side there is also a children’s pool (5 x 6 m).
The Residence Ogliastra is ideal for anyone looking for a peaceful place to relax as well as for those who love to socialize and have fun with their friends or family just like at home, surrounded by a cordial, friendly atmosphere.
The layout of the apartments is very harmonious and functional, with lots of warm Mediterranean colors. They are all pleasantly and carefully furnished, combining modern, functional features with traditional furnishings and fabrics produced by local artisans.
All the apartments have fully fitted outdoor areas or terraces as well as air conditioning, satellite TV, WI-FI and a safe-deposit box. Shared laundry room. The apartments are located on the ground floor and the first floor. It is possible to choose the floor preferred when booking the apartment.
Midweek towel change. Cagliari and Olbia airports are respectively 130 and 180 Km away.
