This beautiful and welcoming residence is situated right by the sea on the low cliffs near the town of Cava D`Aliga, on the southern coast of Sicily.
The house is distributed over two levels and also has a beautiful roof terrace offering breathtaking panoramic views.
A living room has been realized here using a fixed structure that can be completely closed thanks to a system of transparent tarpaulins.
At the back is a convenient small courtyard equipped for outdoor eating that leads to an annex containing the kitchen/dining room.
In the courtyard there is also a pool of 3X7 meters open from April to October (heated with solar panels).
There are two entrances to the house: directly from the clay road along the seafront, or directly from the provincial road that connects Cava d`Aliga to Sampieri. The house has been recently renovated and is pleasantly furnished and very well equipped.
The gate on the side of the property facing the sea leads to a low cliff which gets higher as you move to the left, revealing a number of easily accessible coves. The beach of Cava d`Aliga is just a few meters away on the right. The town of Cava d`Aliga has all kinds of food shops and there are also supermarkets within a radius of 2 km.
All the most important Baroque towns in southern Sicily are just a few kilometers away - Noto, Modica, Scicli and Ragusa Ibla - as well as the splendid golden beaches of Sampieri and Paja Grande near Donnalucata.
