This modern villa, designed according to the rules of the school of the great architect Frank Lloyd Wright, is situated in a dominant and panoramic position on the hills near the medieval village of Monteriggioni. The house, at the center of a vast 160 hectare farm, has been carefully integrated into the surrounding landscape and offers beautiful views. In fact, from the garden or from the first floor terrace it is possible to admire splendid landscapes and stunning sunsets. The furnishings are of a good level, with many antique pieces, and the house has all the necessary amenities. Outdoors, guests can use various areas which have been equipped for eating “al fresco”, comfortable loggias and a beautiful 7 x 15 meter swimming pool. A visit to Monteriggioni, which is just 9 Km away, is a must. There are food stores 5 Km away and Colle Val d`Elsa, which has all kinds of shops, is 8 Km away.
There are many interesting places to visit nearby, all of which are easy to reach: San Gimignano and its famous towers (22 km), Florence (55 Km) and Siena is around 20 minutes away by car.
The caretakers live in a wing of the villa that has an independent entrance.

FIRST FLOOR: entrance to the bedrooms, 1 double bedroom (beds can be separated, direct access to the terrace) with bathroom and bathtub, this bedroom leads to a second bedroom with a French-style bed; 3 double bedrooms (beds can be separated, direct access to the terrace), 1 double bedroom, 2 bathrooms with bathtub, 1 bathroom with shower.
