Guests may like to know that if they particularly like a piece of furniture they can buy it and have it sent directly to their own home.
This is a truly unique residence due to the beautiful indoor areas that have been perfectly and comfortably fitted out. The outdoor areas are also very well organized. There is a wonderful 6 x 12 m swimming pool, an outdoor shower and changing room with bathroom, terraces and loggias with amenities and a convenient outdoor kitchen with burners and oven, as well as a garden of aromatic plants. Wi-Fi internet connection. There is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The convenient location of the villa makes it possible to easily visit Arezzo, which is around 8 Km away, and the beautiful surrounding area, or to organize day trips to Siena or Florence, which are less than 1 hour away by car.
It is also possible to organize personalized guided tours. The owners live in a separate villa, with independent entrance, inside the property.

FIRST FLOOR: 1 double bedroom (king size bed) with bathroom and shower, 6 double bedrooms (queen size beds) with bathroom and shower. 3 bedrooms have direct access to the outside terrace with amenities.
Outdoor area: kitchen with oven and barbecue. Only 1 bathroom has a bidet.
Other services included in the price: Electricity consumption included up to 330 kw (€0,80/kw) per week. Electricity used in excess of 500 Kw shall be paid for on site according to consumption. Towels for swimming pool. Internet WI-FI.
Paid on site in cash: Cleaning service € 15 per hour. Chef for preparing lunch and supper. Groceries to be purchased by guests.
