The villa has a rectangular form with stone facing, and is surrounded by a very well-tended garden, where besides the private 7x14m swimming-pool, there is also an area with barbecue and a wood-burning oven with tables and chairs for dining outside, along with various other well-furnished relaxation areas. The panorama is very beautiful and covers a wide view over centuries-old olive trees, which dot most of the landscape with their irregular shapes. The house has been furnished with very good taste, and they have managed to make everything harmonise with the typical rural architecture of the villa, with its wooden-beamed ceilings and floors in terracotta, bringing together both antique and modern furniture. The house has air-conditioning and heating and also is equipped with telephone, fax, internet access, satellite TV, stereo with CD-player and a DVD player. All of the rooms have been furnished in different styles and colours, the bathrooms have hair-dryers. It is possible to provide a daily cleaning service on request, and a cook to prepare evening meals with local products. The house lies a kilometre from the village of Agello, where you will find shops, bars and a chemist, and is 13 kms from Magione, 20 from Perugia and 38 from Assisi, whereas Lake Trasimeno is about 20 minutes drive away. The golf course and an outlet with high-fashion shops are about 30 minutes drive away. The area also has typical local restaurants where you can enjoy the local umbrian cuisine.

GROUND FLOOR: large living-room with fireplace, dining-room, kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave oven, laundry with washing-machine and ironing board. FIRST FLOOR: TV-room (satellite-TV, stereo with CD-player and a DVD player), 1 suite with double bed with small living-room with double sofa-bed and bathroom with shower, 5 double bedrooms (3 can be made into twins), all with bathroom with shower. Large enclosed garden with parking area and barbecue.
Paid on site in cash: Obligatory cleaning during the week: 4 hours a day, 2 days per week for a total of 120 Euros per week. Telephone upon consumption
