This beautiful villa is situated in a splendid position inside a large estate owned by a famous family of Florentine entrepreneurs. The estate is located in a small, peaceful valley on the foothills of the Apennine mountains near the valley of the river Arno, around 25 minutes by car from Florence. There are many places of historical interest worth visiting in the surrounding area, as well as a number of famous Italian designer outlet stores.
Within the property there`s a restaurant opened only for the villa guests who can enjoy breakfasts, lunches, snacks, cocktails and dinners. Also one can buy here wine, olive oil, honey and other local products.
There are also two tennis courts for common use.
The villa is beautifully furnished and carefully and tastefully fitted out. There is a pleasant outdoor loggia with a lounge area and a dining area, suitable for relaxing and eating “al fresco”. Around 150 meters from the villa is a stunning swimming pool (6 x 12 m) for the exclusive use of the guests, with a gazebo, armchairs, small tables and sunbeds.
The villa provides the following domestic staff for 7 days a week . Mid-week linen change, towels are changed daily by the domestic staff. The windows are fitted with mosquito nets.WIFI internet connection. Electric fans are provided in every room. Private car park. The gardener lives in one wing of the villa with a separate entrance.

Large entrance hall, living room with SAT TV and adjoining dining room, large kitchen with oven and freezer, downstairs toilet. It is possible to access the furnished loggia with lounge area and dining area directly from the main entrance through large French doors.
FIRST FLOOR:
Double master bedroom, bathroom with bathtub, wardrobe, study from which it is possible to access a small living room that leads into a double bedroom with bathroom and bathtub, and a twin bedroom with bathroom and bathtub.
SECOND FLOOR:
1 bedroom with twin beds, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 small room with single sofa bed, wardrobe/laundry room with washing machine.
Other services included in the price: Mid-week linen change by the domestic staff. Towels are changed daily. Daily cleaning.
