The beautifully tended outdoor areas include a splendid panoramic terrace equipped for eating “al fresco” for the exclusive use of guests, a swimming pool (6 x 12) with changing rooms and shower, a five-a-side grass football pitch, a pergola with wood-fired oven and barbecue, and an orchard.
The villa is located in an ideal position, within easy reach of the town of Perugia, as well as all the main tourist destinations of Umbria, including Deruta with its ancient ceramics, and Todi with its historic medieval town center. Other nearby places of interest: Torgiano (2 km) which has food shops and restaurants, Perugia (13 km), Assisi (19 km) and Lake Trasimeno (32 km).
The villa has Wi-Fi internet connection and air conditioning. The property is fully enclosed and accessed via an electric gate. It has a shady 7 space car park. 2 cots/cribs and 1 high chair are available for small children.
