This property is ideal for family reunions and large groups (up to 18 people).
Distances: Capolona with general stores 3 km away, Arezzo (train station with daily trains to Rome and Florence) 17 km, the charming town of Cortona 45 km away, Siena 80 km, Florence 90 km away, the renowned Chianti area with its beautiful small towns and villages is in a 70-90 km drive.
At guests’ disposal: large garden with private swimming-pool (12 x 8 m - depth 1,5 m – open from Easter to 30/9), outdoor areas furnished with tables and sofas, barbecue area, large shared room with table tennis, fireplace and kitchen accessible from the villa courtyard.
Extra Services: Baby bed available free of charge. Maid service by arrangement € 12,- / per hour (payment on site). Upon request it is possible to organize Tuscan dinners. Extra bed: € 50,- per week. Small pets are allowed by paying an extra charge of € 100,- / per week (payment on the spot).
