The house lies within the `Parco di Cercina`, a park under Italian state protection, in the splendid hills that lie around Florence, and is a detached house lying within the grounds of a larger property, where the likeable owners live. It has a private entrance and garden, where you will find the private 5x10m swimming-pool with night-time illumination, the typical tuscan barbecue and a covered, furnished veranda with rustic benches and table. The garden, completely enclosed, is very well looked after, with typical mediterranean plants and paving in local stone, and the view dominates the entire valley that leads downhill through olive and cypress trees towards the old city centre of Florence; there are also breathtaking sunsets from here. The interior is furnished with high-quality pieces in tasteful style typical of Tuscany, and is equipped with heating, dishwasher, washing-machine and dryer, microwave oven, safe, satellite-TV, WIFI internet connection and stereo with CD player. The area round about is tranquil and relaxing, but very convenient for going to the centre of Florence in about 15 minutes by car.
